Other Information: RFP Data Bank

CAUBO and the National Procurement Committee are pleased to announce the availability of a new interactive reference tool for supply management/purchasing professionals in Canadian universities. This data bank for Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will operate under the concept of "Opensource", meaning it is open to all, for ideas and sharing of improvements. It was originally developed for use by Québec universities and has been extended to all Canadian universities through CAUBO.

By storing our major and/or unique RFPs in a common data bank, access to examples of contractual language and specifications is available to every unit responsible for procurement in member institutions. Instead of responding to multiple requests for documentation through our listservs, we can simply refer to this central source!

The rules are simple : You take, You adapt, You improve... then once your revised version is ready, add it to this data bank! NOTE: This data bank is not meant to be a comprehensive library of every RFP.

Please submit any RFP documents that you think could be of interest to other Canadian universities to the Website Administrator, in Word or PDF format. Your support is appreciated!
