HR Benchmarking Survey

For some time now, CAUBO members have expressed interest in developing a benchmarking tool for the Human Resources community. A pilot tool has therefore been developed in the past months, and it must be tested before it is used for the overall community.

Participants in the CAUBO 2008 Human Resources Pre-Conference Seminar are invited to participate in the pilot HR Benchmarking Survey so that results of the survey and plans for its further development can be discussed at the pre-conference seminar.

Only one response per institution is required; please coordinate your response with any colleagues who are also attending the seminar.  If you have any questions or require any assistance with the on-line forms, contact George Dew at gdew@caubo.ca.

Thank you for participating in the survey.  Your responses and comments will help the CAUBO Human Resources Committee develop this tool in the next months for the benefit of all members.
