CFI Sharing Good Practices

The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) has developed a collection of good practices related to the policies, practices, processes and controls in place for the management of CFI awards. These good practices are being shared to help institution manage CFI-funded projects.

Topics span the full lifecycle of a CFI award and include, for example, strategic planning, proposal development, project implementation, sustainability, risk management, tracking of impacts and outcomes, communications, and the management of large initiatives.

If there is a good practice that you would like to share with others please send it to CFI via the links below. Since practices will be updated periodically, we encourage you to visit the page regularly.
