Users are encouraged to forward local or provincial negotiated rates, which could be available to CAUBO/AUCC, to the National Contract Administrator, Scott Wolstenholme, Manager, Contract & Project Management Services, Interuniversity Services Inc.

Additional Hotels
Delta Hotels, Fairmont Hotels and Choice Hotels offer CAUBO travellers corporate rates at locations other than those listed in the Canadian Rate Directory.
Choice Hotels
Comfort Inns, Clarion Hotels, Quality Inns, Sleep Inns, Econo Lodge, Mainstay Suites, Rodeway inns – offer a discount of 20-25% off their standard daily rate on all their brands. Travellers can access these discounts and book directly on the following website www.choicehotels.ca/caubo
- A window will appear welcoming CAUBO/ACPAU. Select the net VIP rate plan to access discounts.
- A map of your selected location will appear. Scroll down for list of available hotels. Select room type and enter “Book Room”.
- Proceed to make reservations
To ensure travelers are receiving the correct rate it is important to make advance reservations.
Delta offers CAUBO 5% off the daily sell rate or a fixed rate at properties not listed on the main directory.

15% off Best Available Rate of the Day at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts
10% off Best Available Rate of the Day at Raffles Hotels & Resorts
5% off Best Available Rate of the Day at Swissotel & Resorts
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) online booking portal
IHG offers CAUBO travelers discounted corporate rates of 10% off the daily sell rate at any IHG hotel in Canada, in addition to lower rates at select IHG properties.
Suite of Properties is offering CAUBO travellers worldwide discounts of 15% of their rates in North America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin American and a 5% discount in the Asia Pacific, off their best available rate. Travellers must sign up as a Starwood Preferred Guest to access these rates.
