FBS provides a digital clearinghouse of academic labour relations resources, including a searchable library containing collective agreements and related materials, legal rulings, live financial reports, and a member directory. Full access to the web application is granted exclusively to participants of the FBS community who are primarily individuals from participating institutions identified as assuming direct responsibility for collective and framework agreement bargaining, contract administration, and individuals from participating regional associations.
