National Collaborative Procurement Survey Findings and Next Steps

CAUBO has been exploring opportunities for greater procurement collaboration across the sector. The National Collaborative Procurement Survey examined institutional interest and readiness, key barriers and conditions for participation, and where national collaboration could add value alongside existing regional procurement initiatives. The survey findings are now available to members.

Overall, the findings indicate strong but conditional support for continued exploration, with members emphasizing voluntary participation, alignment with procurement requirements and institutional decision-making authority.

Building on discussions with regional procurement organizations, CAUBO will engage regional and institutional representatives to identify practical opportunities and help shape next steps.
