Since 1987, CAUBO has celebrated the administrative achievements of its members through the Quality and Productivity (Q&P) Awards. We like to call them the Oscars of best practices in higher education administration!
The Q&P awards reward and share effective and innovative practices that enable excellence in the management of risk, and human, financial, IT and physical resources on Canadian university campuses. Winners are honoured in a ceremony at CAUBO’s annual conference in June.
Innovation at higher education institutions is being driven by generational change, the current financial landscape, and the needs and wants of students in a swiftly changing world. We know institutions are always looking for new and better ways to get their work done and deliver on their mission. Those are the kinds of innovations and enabling practices the Q&P Awards program is designed to celebrate and reward.
