Results from the Housing and Food Services Surveys have been compiled and a high-level report providing the results of each survey is now available for institutional members here. In many ways, the data contained in this report can be viewed as providing the pre-COVID perspective, while future iterations of the survey will serve to highlight the longer term impact of the pandemic on ancillary operations.
Please note that the Housing and Food Services Surveys are part of the Ancillary Benchmark Survey series that provides CAUBO members with key performance indicators for each of the major ancillary areas. Results from the Parking Survey were released in 2019 and are also available here.
