Partnership agreement between the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO), the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT) and the Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR) for maintaining, evolving and developing IT systems.

First and foremost, UQO, UQAT and UQAR sought to share each university’s customized IT systems and equitably pool the organizational resources devoted to maintaining, evolving and developing these IT systems.
