The Consortium has Framework Agreements with Manulife and Green Shield Canada (GSC). The framework agreements bind the providers to the terms expressed in their proposals (including performance standards, reporting mechanism and fees). Eligibility University (regular) members and college (affiliate) members of CAUBO are eligible to become members in the consortium, regardless of their institution’s size or location.
